Our Success Story

  • A senior technology leader consistently delivered strong results but her contributions were not visible beyond her immediate team. Through a structured six-month coaching engagement, we explored the beliefs and behaviours that were limiting her visibility and reframed her perception of networking—from being a transactional activity to a purposeful way of building relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration. Her consistent effort enabled her to build strategic relationships, increased her confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, enhanced her visibility across the organization and enabled her to take on more cross-functional initiatives.

    Building visibility through networking

  • A people leader was leading a GenZ team but found her team members were overly dependent on her for decisions and problem-solving. Through a structured six-month coaching engagement, we explored the leadership behaviours that were inadvertently reinforcing dependency and helped her shift her leadership style from a directive, solution- oriented approach to one that empowered team members. As team members gained confidence and assumed greater responsibility, she was able to focus more on strategic priorities while fostering a stronger culture of accountability and collaboration within the team.

Driving team ownership through leadership style

  • A senior business leader joined a startup fintech organization from a different industry to head a key business vertical. Through reflective coaching conversations, stakeholder mapping, and structured action planning, we focused on understanding the organizational context, leveraging the leader’s strengths to build strategic relationships, challenged existing mindsets and ways of working that were not supporting the new industry and role and navigating the informal culture. The engagement helped the leader settled into the role, built credibility with key stakeholders, and was better positioned to lead the business with confidence and clarity.

Leading Through Transition: Accelerating Executive Integration

  • A senior leader was promoted internally to head a business function after several years of successfully growing within the organization. However, this meant senior leaders who were once mentors and decision-makers had now become peers. As a result, the leader found it difficult to challenge existing ways of working, introduce new ideas, and influence strategic discussions with confidence. Over the course of the engagement, the leader became more confident in contributing to strategic discussions, proactively introduced new ideas and ways of working, and built stronger peer relationships based on mutual respect and influence.
